NSW Sexual Behaviours Context and Response Tool (SB‑CaRT) for Children and Young People
User Agreement for SB-CaRT – Terms of Use for Individual User
These Terms of Use are between you (You) and the Health Administration Corporation (the HAC) acting through the Ministry of Health NSW (MoH NSW), and they bind You when using or accessing the NSW Sexual Behaviours Context and Response Tool (SB-CaRT or the Tool) for Children and Young People.
You may be using or accessing the SB-CaRT because Your organisation has entered into an access agreement. Under this agreement, they have an Organisation Account and may authorise You, as their personnel, to register for an individual user account, to use the SB-CaRT for work-related purposes associated with Your role.
Before you begin using the SB-CaRT, You must agree to these Terms of Use. If You do not agree to these Terms of Use, then You must not access or use the Tool.
ORIMA Research hosts the SB-CaRT on behalf of the MoH NSW. Under this Agreement, ORIMA Research complies with the NSW SB-CaRT Data and Privacy Statement (available here).
The MoH NSW reserves the right to review and change any of these Terms of Use at its sole discretion. When the MoH NSW updates these Terms of Use, it will use reasonable endeavours to provide You with notice of updates to the Terms of Use. Any changes to these Terms of Use take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Before You continue, it is recommended that You keep a copy of these Terms of Use for your records.
You agree that:
- You will use Your name and work email address to register for access to the SB-CaRT and to login to the SB-CaRT and You acknowledge that this personal information will be handled in accordance with paragraphs 10 of these Terms of Use and the SB-CaRT Data and Privacy Statement (available here).
- The MoH NSW (via ORIMA Research) may collect your name and work email address from Your Organisation and not You directly if You are accessing or using the SB-CaRT from a user account linked to Your Organisation.

- You will not provide content that contains any viruses, malware, malicious code, or other threat that could harm ORIMA Research's, the NSW Government's or the MoH NSW's IT systems or the SB-CaRT.
- You acknowledge that any information you provide when using and accessing the SB-CaRT:
- will avoid using stigmatising and offensive language, unless recording the context of your concerns requires otherwise;
- is to the best of your knowledge accurate, complete, current and relevant;

- will not infringe the copyright or moral rights of another person; and
- may be accessed by others within Your Organisation with Your consent (which is to be given to Your Organisation's SB-CaRT coordinator(s)), if Your user account is suspended or removed, or in accordance with any agreed arrangement between You and Your Organisation (for example, while You are on leave or otherwise unavailable).
- Your name and Your work email address, which you provide when registering for access to the SB-CaRT and when logging in to the SB-CaRT, and Your Organisation's name, will be collected and held by ORIMA Research on behalf of the MoH NSW for the following purposes:
- to provide You with access to the SB-CaRT;

- to contact You to provide you with a user evaluation survey and to subsequently contact you if there are any questions about Your feedback or responses to the survey; and
